quicknote improvements

two suggestions:

1. i think it should show both the usable points and total points along with the rank number when performing the /points command on a user.

2. i think you should get 1 point for every quicknote you send.

what do you think?

No no no, think how some people will abuse the qn feature for that, multiples, unwanted trash, .... ug, a big noooo.

I don't like the idea of there being a reset, especially since I have no idea how I'd ever get the points i have now back.
